An in-home Botox party turns that into the point: gather the neighbors, the bunco group, the school-run crew, or the golf wives for a girls’ night in, and Dr. Melanie Espinet — a board-certified physician based in Lutz — brings physician-led Botox and wellness shots to your living room. Botox and bubbles, done properly: the bubbles wait until after the treatments.
Every guest gets a private one-on-one consultation before any treatment, treatments happen one at a time in a separate room, and nobody is ever pressured to book. It is the same standard as any concierge visit, multiplied by a room full of your favorite people.

Yes — Lutz is home base. MeliOra Elite Wellness is based in Lutz, so parties here get the easiest scheduling and first pick of weekend dates. Your living room, your clubhouse, or your office becomes the med spa for the night.
Usually, yes. Clubhouse and community rooms in neighborhoods like Cheval, Calusa Trace, and Long Lake Ranch work beautifully for a MeliOra Night — most HOAs allow resident-hosted private gatherings. We just need one private side room for treatments. Not sure about your community? Ask us and we will help you sort it out.
Five booked guests confirms your date, and 6 to 10 makes the best night. Every guest has a private consultation with Dr. Espinet, a board-certified physician, before any treatment.
Hosting is free. A $100 date-hold deposit reserves your night and is applied in full to your own treatment. You earn a $50 credit per treated new guest, plus free Botox units when 6 or more guests are treated.
Just over the county line? MeliOra Nights also run in Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Odessa, and Tampa.

Host credits are applied after the party for new patients who complete treatment. The $100 date-hold deposit is applied in full to the host’s treatment and is refundable if the party is canceled at least 7 days ahead. Guests must be 18 or older and are treated only when medically appropriate. A date is confirmed once 5 or more guests are booked. Program details subject to change.
