MeliOra Nights · Lutz, FL
Botox Parties in Lutz, FL: your house is the venue.
MeliOra is based right here in Lutz, so a Lutz party is the shortest drive on Dr. Espinet’s calendar. Gather five or more friends, and she brings the med spa to your living room, clubhouse, or office.
The Home-Turf Advantage
A med spa night, without leaving the neighborhood
Between Cheval, Calusa Trace, Willow Bend, Long Lake Ranch, and the communities along Dale Mabry Highway and US-41, Lutz is full of cul-de-sacs and clubhouses where everybody already knows everybody. An in-home Botox party makes that the point: gather the neighbors, the bunco group, the carpool crew, or the golf group for a girls’ night in, and Dr. Melanie Espinet, a board-certified physician based in Lutz, brings physician-led Botox and B12 and lipotropic shots to your living room. Botox and bubbles, done properly: treatments first, then the toast.
Being among neighbors doesn’t change the medicine. Each guest sits down privately with Dr. Espinet before anything is decided, is treated alone in a side room, and is free to simply enjoy the evening without booking a thing. It is the same standard as any concierge visit, multiplied by a room full of your favorite people.
Hosting in Lutz
Botox parties across Lutz, on both sides of the county line
Lutz straddles the Hillsborough and Pasco county line, and a MeliOra Night works the same way on either side: same program, same physician, no travel fee.
Your living room
The classic Lutz MeliOra Night: the group gathers in the living room, and a spare bedroom or home office becomes the private treatment room.
Your community clubhouse
Many Lutz neighborhoods have a clubhouse or community room. If yours can be reserved for a private resident gathering, it can host your night.
Your office
Run a business along Dale Mabry or US-41? After hours, the team gathers in a shared space while a private office serves as the treatment room.
Host Rewards
$25 per treated guest, plus free units
Earn a $25 credit for every new guest treated at your night, plus 10 free Botox units at 6 or more treated guests and 20 at 10 or more. Your guests each get $50 off their first treatment and a MeliOra goodie bag.
Hosting is free. Five booked guests confirms your date, and the $100 date-hold deposit is applied in full to your own treatment at the party.

Hosting in Lutz, answered
Do you really come to homes in Lutz for Botox parties?
Yes. Lutz is home base: MeliOra Elite Wellness is based here, and Dr. Espinet comes to you. Your living room, your clubhouse, or your office becomes the med spa for the night, on either side of the Hillsborough and Pasco county line, and there is no travel fee.
Can we use our community clubhouse?
Often, yes. Many Lutz communities have a clubhouse or community room that residents can reserve for private gatherings, so check your HOA’s rules first. We just need one private side room for treatments. Not sure your space works? Call or text and we’ll help you sort it out.
What if a friend can’t make the party night?
They can still see Dr. Espinet on their own schedule, with a house call anywhere in Lutz. Select in-person appointments are also available at MeliOra’s Lutz office, by appointment only. Call or text (813) 726-5808, or book online.
We live just outside Lutz. Can we still host?
