How do I make sure I get credit for my referral?
Ask your friend to mention your name when they book online, or to tell Dr. Espinet at their first visit. Once that visit is complete, your $50 credit is added to your account.
What can I use my $50 credit on?
Any MeliOra service at a future visit: Botox (Jeuveau or Xeomin), medical weight loss, or wellness shots. The credit stays on your account until you use it.
Who can I refer?
Anyone new to MeliOra who is eligible for in-person care at their home or office across Tampa Bay or at the Lutz office, or GLP-1 video care while physically located in Florida. Each friend who completes a first visit earns you a $50 credit.
Does my friend need to be new to MeliOra?
Yes. The $50 first-visit discount is for new patients only. You can refer as many friends as you like, and each one who completes a first visit earns you a $50 credit.
What can my friend book for their first visit?
Botox and wrinkle relaxers, physician-supervised GLP-1 medical weight loss programs such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, and wellness booster shots including B12, lipotropic blends, and NAD+. Dr. Espinet confirms eligibility during the visit.
Does the $50 referral offer include telehealth?
Yes. New patients receive $50 off their first GLP-1 weight loss video visit, and you receive a $50 credit once that visit is complete. Patients must be physically located in Florida during every video visit. Medical eligibility is discussed with Dr. Espinet.
Is there a referral code or card?
No code needed. Your friend simply mentions your name when they book online or at their first visit, and we take care of the rest.
Where does MeliOra see referred patients?
Home and office visits are available across Lutz, Tampa, South Tampa, New Tampa, Westchase, Carrollwood, Citrus Park, Odessa, Trinity, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Riverview, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, and the greater Tampa Bay area, with select appointments at the Lutz office. GLP-1 weight loss care is also available by secure video while the patient is physically located in Florida. Not sure which visit fits? Ask when requesting a visit and we will confirm.
