The MeliOra Reset puts both under one physician. Dr. Espinet sees how your weight, your energy, and your face are changing over the same months, and she adjusts both sides of the plan together.

Four Botox visits a year with Jeuveau or Xeomin for the area you choose: crow’s feet, forehead lines, the 11s (frown lines), or all three.
Monthly check-ins
A check-in with Dr. Espinet every month: how you feel, side effects, appetite, and progress, with your dose adjusted when it makes sense.
Progress reviews
At each Botox visit, Dr. Espinet steps back and reviews the whole picture: weight, face, and goals, with optional progress photos for your own records.
Care that comes to you
Dr. Espinet brings the medication, her treatment kit, and a sharps container with her. Botox visits happen at your home or office across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties, or at her private Lutz office, with no travel fee.

How much does the MeliOra Reset cost?
One monthly price for 12 months, depending on your Botox area: $249 a month with crow’s feet, $269 a month with forehead lines, $289 a month with the 11s (frown lines), or $389 a month with all three areas. That covers tirzepatide every month, with physician visits, lab work, the medication and supplies, and dose adjustments, plus Botox every 3 months for your area. There is no membership fee, no consultation fee, and no travel fee. Dr. Espinet confirms your plan at your consultation.
How long is the membership?
12 months, at the same monthly price throughout. There is no membership fee on top.
Which Botox areas can I choose?
One of four: crow’s feet, 16 units each visit; forehead lines, 20 units each visit; the 11s (frown lines), 20 units each visit; or all three areas, 56 units each visit. Botox is Jeuveau or Xeomin, every 3 months, placed by Dr. Espinet herself.
Can I do the MeliOra Reset with semaglutide?
No. The Reset is built on tirzepatide. Semaglutide is still available on its own at the regular menu price, and Dr. Espinet can help you decide which medication fits you.
Do I have to do both weight loss and Botox?
For the Reset, yes: it is tirzepatide and Botox together. If you only want one, you can book it on its own at the regular menu price, and add the other later.
How often will I see Dr. Espinet?
You check in every month, and Botox with a progress review happens every 3 months. Between visits, Dr. Espinet usually replies to questions the same day.
Can I do the MeliOra Reset by telehealth?
Partly. The tirzepatide side, including monthly check-ins, can happen by secure video for anyone located in Florida. Botox is in person only: a house call across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties, or an appointment at the Lutz office.
Will Botox fix facial changes from weight loss?
Not all of them. Botox softens expression lines such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. It does not restore volume, and MeliOra does not offer fillers. Dr. Espinet watches how your face changes as your weight changes and adjusts your Botox plan, and she will tell you honestly what Botox can and cannot do for you.
Is the MeliOra Reset right for everyone?
No. Tirzepatide is generally avoided with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, and during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and Botox is postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Dr. Espinet reviews your history first, and results vary from person to person.
