Corporate Wellness Shots for Offices in Tampa Bay
Bring a physician-led wellness day to your workplace. Dr. Melanie Espinet, a board-certified physician, brings wellness shots like B12 to your office or event and gives every injection herself, at $30 a shot with no travel fee.

How It Works
A wellness day that comes to your workplace
An office wellness day is a simple way to offer employee wellness shots: Dr. Espinet comes to your office or event, and the people on your team who want a shot can get one without leaving work. MeliOra’s wellness-shot menu runs from Revital B12 to the NAD Boost, and Dr. Espinet confirms the options for your event when she plans it.
It is still a medical visit, not a vending line. Before any injection, Dr. Espinet reviews each person’s health history individually, and she gives every shot herself. Injections are never delegated to a nurse or an assistant, and each person’s health information is protected under MeliOra’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Every event is planned individually. Tell us your team size, date, and location, and Dr. Espinet will confirm the details with you directly.

Planning
How an office wellness day comes together
Every wellness day is planned around your team, your date, and your location, and the planning starts with a conversation.

- 01
Tell us about your team
Call or text (813) 726-5808, or send a message through the contact page. Share your team size, the date you have in mind, and where the event will be: your office, a venue, or a company event in Hillsborough, Pasco, or Pinellas County.
- 02
Dr. Espinet confirms the details
Every group event is planned individually, so Dr. Espinet talks through your plans and confirms the details with you directly. It is a good moment to ask which shots will be available and to pass along any questions your team has already raised.
- 03
Share the menu with your team
Send people the wellness shot menu ahead of time so they can read about each option. Keep sign-up low key and optional: whether someone gets a shot is a private medical decision, not a team activity.
- 04
An individual health-history review
Before any injection, Dr. Espinet reviews each person’s health history individually. If a shot isn’t a good fit for someone that day, she tells that person directly, and nobody else needs to know why.
- 05
Every shot, given by Dr. Espinet
Dr. Espinet, a board-certified physician, personally gives every injection. Nothing is handed off to a nurse or an assistant, at a wellness day or anywhere else.
- 06
After the shot
The most common reactions to any injection are mild soreness, redness, or a small bruise where the shot was given. Anyone with a question afterward can call or text (813) 726-5808.
The Menu
Six wellness shots, one simple price
Every shot on MeliOra’s menu is $30, or 4 for $80. Here is what each one is, in plain language, so your team can read up before the day. Dr. Espinet confirms which options will be available when she plans your event, and she will tell anyone when a shot isn’t the right fit for them.
| Shot | What it is | Learn more |
|---|---|---|
| Revital (Vitamin B12) | A vitamin B12 injection. B12 is an essential nutrient your body uses to make red blood cells and DNA and to keep nerves healthy. | Read about B12 injections |
| Immune Renew | A nutrient blend from the house menu that many patients choose as general nutrient support. | Ask Dr. Espinet what it contains |
| Revita (Amino Acid Blend) | An amino acid injection. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and many active patients choose this shot as part of their training routine. | Ask Dr. Espinet whether it suits your routine |
| Lean Ease (Lipo-C Lipotropic Blend) | A lipotropic blend of nutrients involved in how the body processes fat. It is nutrient support, not a weight-loss treatment on its own. | Read about lipotropic injections |
| MD Boost | A nutrient shot from the house menu. | Ask Dr. Espinet what it contains and whether it suits your goals |
| NAD Boost (NAD+) | NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell that helps turn nutrients into usable energy. Research on NAD+ injections in healthy people is still limited. | Read about NAD+ therapy as a shot |
Prices are MeliOra’s published menu prices per shot. Each person chooses their own shot, or none at all, after their individual health-history review.

Privacy and Screening
Optional for everyone, screened by a physician
Workplace health events raise a fair question: who sees what? At a MeliOra wellness day, getting a shot is optional, Dr. Espinet reviews each person’s health history individually, and nobody on the team needs to explain to a coworker or a manager why they did or didn’t get a shot. Health information is handled under MeliOra’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which you can read any time.
The review matters even for a vitamin shot. A wellness shot is still an injection, and some people should skip it or wait for another day. During the health-history review, it helps to mention the points below. If anything suggests a shot isn’t right, Dr. Espinet tells that person directly and, when it makes sense, suggests a follow-up with their own physician.
- Allergies, including any reaction to a past injection, to vitamin B12, or to cobalt
- Prescription medications and supplements, especially blood thinners, which can make bruising more likely
- Pregnancy, possible pregnancy, or breastfeeding
- Any history of fainting or feeling lightheaded around needles
- A current illness or fever
- Ongoing medical conditions, and recent lab results if you have them
Ideas
When teams book a wellness day
There is no wrong reason to plan one. These are a few moments when a physician-led wellness day fits naturally into a company calendar.
Open enrollment
Benefits season is when people are already thinking about their health. A wellness day gives that conversation a practical, in-person moment with a physician.
Wellness weeks
Pair a wellness-shot day with the walking challenges, nutrition talks, or step contests your team already has on the calendar.
Onboarding days
Give new hires an optional extra during orientation week, something more memorable than one more slide, and introduce them to a physician who comes to them.
Conferences and offsites
Wellness shots give attendees something useful between sessions, and every person still has an individual health-history review before any injection.
Employee appreciation
A thank-you people can actually use during the workday, whether it sits alongside a team lunch or stands on its own as a quiet perk.
Hybrid and spread-out teams
If your people are rarely in one place, consider MeliOra gift cards, which can be used on any service, so each person can book a house call of their own or a select in-person appointment at the Lutz office.
Honest Expectations
What a wellness shot can and can’t do
Your team deserves an honest answer rather than a sales pitch. A wellness shot is nutrient support. It is not a substitute for sleep, a balanced diet, regular movement, or a checkup with your own doctor, and how people feel afterward varies from person to person.
If you are weighing B12 shots for employees, know that the evidence is strongest for people who actually run low. B12 injections are used to address a diagnosed B12 deficiency, and some groups are more likely to be low: adults over 50, people who eat a plant-based diet, and people who take metformin or acid reducers long term. For everyone else, many patients choose a shot as one small part of a routine they already keep. For more, read B12 and lipotropic injections: what the science says.
Research on some options, including NAD+ injections in healthy people, is still limited, and Dr. Espinet will tell your team so. MeliOra does not provide primary or urgent care, so when a question goes beyond a wellness shot, a person’s own primary care physician is the right next step.
Team members who ask about other services can book a private consultation of their own. For example, Dr. Espinet also offers physician-led GLP-1 weight loss at home, with the visits, lab work, medication, and dose adjustments included in the monthly price.

Social Events
Planning something more social? Host a Botox party
An office wellness day centers on the wellness-shot menu. If your group is planning a celebration where guests also want Botox, Xeomin, or Jeuveau, such as a team night out, a birthday, or a bridal party, MeliOra’s Botox party host program is built for exactly that.
The standard stays the same at every gathering. Each guest has a private consultation with Dr. Espinet before any treatment, she performs every injection herself, and she sets each dose individually. Botox, Xeomin, and Jeuveau are FDA-approved neuromodulators, and they are the only ones on MeliOra’s menu.
Prefer one-on-one? Anyone on your team can book Botox at home or at work as a private visit, at the published menu price of $12/unit.

Where in Tampa Bay can you hold an office wellness day?
Dr. Espinet comes to offices, conferences, offsites, and company events across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties, including Tampa, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Westchase, Carrollwood, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg, with no travel fee. Call or text (813) 726-5808 with your venue and date to check your location.
How do we book an office wellness day in Tampa Bay?
Call or text (813) 726-5808, or send a message through MeliOra’s contact page. Share your team size, preferred date, and location, and Dr. Espinet will confirm the details. Every group event is planned individually.
Does everyone on the team have to get a shot?
No. Whether to get a wellness shot is a personal medical decision. Dr. Espinet reviews each person’s health history individually before any injection, and a shot is given only to people who want one and for whom it is appropriate.
How does Dr. Espinet screen each person before a shot?
Before any injection, she reviews each person’s health history individually. It helps to mention allergies (including any reaction to vitamin B12 or cobalt), medications such as blood thinners, pregnancy or breastfeeding, any history of fainting around needles, and any current illness. If a shot is not a good fit that day, she tells that person directly.
How does each employee choose a wellness shot?
Individually, with Dr. Espinet. She talks through each person’s goals and health history during their review and recommends an option, or none. Revital B12 is the most widely known option, and B12 injections are used to address a diagnosed B12 deficiency. The other shots on the menu are optional nutrient support.
Are there side effects from wellness shots?
The most common reactions are mild soreness, redness, or a small bruise where the shot was given. Some people feel lightheaded around needles, and allergic reactions are rare but possible, which is why Dr. Espinet reviews each person’s health history first and gives every injection herself.
Do you offer IV drips at corporate wellness events?
No. MeliOra does not offer IV drips or infusions. Every option on the wellness menu, including NAD+, is a shot given personally by Dr. Espinet.
Can we add Botox to a company wellness day?
An office wellness day centers on the wellness-shot menu. Botox, Xeomin, and Jeuveau always start with a consultation with Dr. Espinet, who sets each dose individually, so anyone interested can book a visit of their own. For a social gathering where several guests want neuromodulator treatment, MeliOra’s Botox party host program is designed for exactly that, and every guest has a private consultation with Dr. Espinet before any treatment.
Is a wellness day a substitute for a checkup?
No. A wellness shot is nutrient support, not a replacement for a checkup, lab work, or care from your own primary care physician. MeliOra does not provide primary or urgent care, and Dr. Espinet will suggest following up with your own doctor when something needs a closer look.
Can employees book their own appointment afterward?
Yes. Each person can book their own private house call at their home or office anywhere in the service area, or a select in-person appointment at the Lutz office, by calling or texting (813) 726-5808 or booking online. MeliOra gift cards are also available.
