Semaglutide starts at $150 a month, with higher dosing at $240 a month. Tirzepatide runs $230 to $320 a month. Your monthly price includes in-home physician visits, lab work, the medication and supplies, dose adjustments, and check-ins with Dr. Espinet.

Every shot on the menu is $30, or you can get 4 shots for $80. The price is the same for Revital B12, Immune Renew, Revita, Lean Ease Lipo-C, MD Boost, and NAD Boost.

Yes. Dr. Espinet brings your treatment to your home or office and sets up a clean treatment area wherever you are. All you need is a confirmed address, a way in, and a safe, private space for your treatment.

No. There is no travel fee anywhere in the service area and no surcharge for coming to you, so a house call costs the same menu price as an appointment at the Lutz office.

Yes. Groups can book a Botox party or an office wellness-shot day. Each guest has a private consultation with Dr. Espinet before any treatment, and she performs every injection herself.

No. The menu is Botox, Xeomin, and Jeuveau only, and MeliOra does not offer Dysport or fillers. If you’ve had Dysport before, tell Dr. Espinet at your consultation so she can plan your dose.

Most people notice softening within a few days, with the full effect by about two weeks. Results commonly last three to four months, depending on the area, your dose, and how your body responds.

Common areas include forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet. Dr. Espinet also treats the jaw (masseter), the upper lip with a lip flip, a gummy smile, and neck bands. Some of these are off-label uses, which she explains before you decide.

Semaglutide acts on the GLP-1 receptor. Tirzepatide acts on both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors and costs more each month. Dr. Espinet recommends one at your consultation based on your health history, how you’ve done on past medications, your goals, and your budget.

It depends on your health history, weight, lab work, and goals, and Dr. Espinet decides with you at a full evaluation. These medications are not right for everyone. For example, they are not used if you or a close relative has had medullary thyroid carcinoma, or if you have MEN 2.

Dr. Espinet meets you at home or at your office, reviews your health history and medications, and orders lab work. If GLP-1 care is a good fit, she sets a starting dose and a plan for follow-up.

Six shots: Revital B12 (vitamin B12), Immune Renew, Revita (an amino acid blend), Lean Ease Lipo-C (a lipotropic blend), MD Boost, and NAD Boost (NAD+). Ask Dr. Espinet what Immune Renew and MD Boost contain and whether either suits you.

It depends on your starting level. If your B12 is low, correcting it often eases the tiredness a deficiency causes. If your level is already normal, research has not shown that extra B12 adds energy, so a blood test is a sensible first step.

The research is limited. A lipotropic shot is not a weight-loss treatment on its own, and there are no large trials of NAD+ injections in healthy people. Dr. Espinet explains what the evidence does and does not show, so you can decide with realistic expectations.
